We offer a lot of flexibility in this area and will communicate closely with you if your home needs maintenance or repairs. We value team work and have a number of professional people we can call upon to help us with maintenance on your behalf. Alternatively, we can work with your faves to get the job done.
Tell me about property inspections.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to communication and understanding both parties' needs. Our team routinely inspect properties every 3 months.
What is the process with rent arrears?
Our robust system ensures that rent is monitored daily and we are notified of any arrears quickly. We can notify the tenant with ease to resolve any issues. If, however, these are not resolved within 48 hours, we work with Tenancy Services to move forward productively.
